VENTANA IS A CONCEPTUAL PUBLICATION ON THE DEFINITION
OF A "WINDOW", FROM THE MOST DIRECT TO THE MOST INDIRECT.
This publication deals with the concept of a ventana according to the three effects it causes: it allows the observation of the landscape; the reflex effect of the image and the aquarium effect and observation from the outside to the inside.
Based on these three notions, the project was developed from themes such as the artistic installations of James Turrel, to the metaphor of the window in painting as voyeuristic themes such as the film Rear Window.
Every publication carries the concept of window, from the window index present on all pages as well as other graphic elements.
Ventana is a unique annual publication. The goal would be to address another topic each year.
